Derrick Floor Manipulator

The CH Series Derrick Floor Manipulator is an auxiliary device in the automated pipe handling system, installed on the derrick floor. It can replace manual labor for transferring and racking drill pipe stands and drill collar stands. When used in conjunction with the monkey board manipulator, it achieves complete handling and racking of stands. This equipment addresses the issues of high labor intensity and risks associated with manual handling of oil pipes, casings, and drill tools, enhancing the safety and automation level of drilling operations.
